Dear Parents,
Classes will remain suspended on 16th November.
Annual Function will start at 4:30 p.m. sharp on Saturday 16th November 2024. Kindly be seated by 4:15 p.m.
Parents must carry their Invitation Cards.
Buses plying for the participants will reach the school at 12:30 p.m.
Timings are given as per the starting point.
Children participating in the programme must carry their costume and other material. Children may carry bottles and tiffins in the school bag.
Refreshment boxes will also be provided to the participants before the programme begins.
Non-participating children will come to school with their parents in school uniform.
Parents are requested to reach school well in time.
Still & Video photography arrangements have been made. Parents are requested to use their cameras, video cameras only from their seats.
Adequate arrangements have been made for food stalls with reputed vendors β Veg. chowmein, Paneer chilli, Veg. Manchurian, Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature, Pastries and lip smacking chat β on payment basis, for the convenience of the parents.
Parents will disembark at Gate No. 3. Vehicles will be parked in the Parking Lot.
Children will return with their parents after conclusion of the programme with due information at the school gate. Children & parents without transport will be provided transport by bus to the City and Partawal β Captainganj after the conclusion of the programme.
