Refreshment boxes will also be provided to the participants before the programme begins.

Non-participating children will come to school with their parents in school uniform.

Parents are requested to reach school well in time.
Still & Video photography arrangements have been made. Parents are requested to use their cameras, video cameras only from their seats.

Adequate arrangements have been made for food stalls with reputed vendors – Veg. chowmein, Paneer chilli, Veg. Manchurian, Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature, Pastries and lip smacking chat – on payment basis, for the convenience of the parents.

Parents will disembark at Gate No. 3. Vehicles will be parked in the Parking Lot.

Children will return with their parents after conclusion of the programme with due information at the school gate. Children & parents without transport will be provided transport by bus to the City and  Partawal – Captainganj after the conclusion of the programme.

Winter uniform is compulsory from 18th November. Please arrange and send your ward winter uniform.
