Yesterday's big announcement about myco's strategic partnership with Aptos Foundation and our planned migration to #APTOS L1 is a significant milestone in our journey as a company but more so a significant milestone for the entire hashtag #Web3 industry!

Below is a 3 point summary of what's been achieved:

1- VISIONARIES ARE BEING #EMPOWERED 💪

While most L1s and L2s are still focused merely on trade volumes in a perpetual race against each other, there are new pioneers in the industry such as the visionary Aptos team that are seeing that true adoption will come from simple, scalable and friction-less B2C (business to consumer) products such as myco rather than B2G (business to gambler) products that are reselling similar solutions to an over-saturated web3 native segment. The fact that power is being shifted to visionaries such as Aptos Labs leadership means that as an industry a much needed change is happening where we are finally focused on easing the next billion consumers on-chain.

2- PROMISES TO #COMMUNITIES CAN BE REAL 😍

myco (formerly #MContent) was an idea and a project launched from a #discord and #TG group three years ago to a bunch of degens on a truly degen blockchain of that time (#BSC) 😃 3 years later, we have not only delivered the product that we envisioned and promised to our community at that time, but are now in a position to migrate our entire community, our brand promise and a real, revenue generating platform with millions of active users into an ecosystem that will enable our community & product to thrive.

3 years ago when i was alone and told the cryptobros on an AMA (soundbyte attached) that we will still be building after few years, none of the degens on that space would have believed me. Fast forward this by 3 years, 4 product iterations, 1 rebranding, 5 incoming co-founders, 50+ team members, 1 BN+ on-platform impressions, thousands of hours of constant fundraising and we are still building. So promises are also kept in web3, sometimes!

3 - FIRST REAL COMPETITION TO #Web3Gaming 🔫

While gaming has been the centre of attention for most web3 adoption advocates, we always had reason to believe that video streaming could be the real hashtag#trojanhorse for web3 and #RWA. Having done 15 MN+ micro payment rewards for myco's users since last year (soon to be all done on-chain), we are sure that this will be the case. With the announcement incoming next week about our successful Series A, we now have the backers needed to give competition to gaming.
