The Indian stock market is facing a rough patch due to several reasons:
✓ China’s cheaper stock valuations are drawing some foreign investments away from India.
✓ India has Higher taxes and trading fees are cutting into returns post-tax.
✓ Reliance has dropped about 20% after weak earnings, and overall Q2 results have been below expectations. (Index Heavy weight)
✓ U.S. dollar and bond yields are rising, drawing investments away.
✓Due to SEBI regulations, many investors have collateral value issue.
