Smart Money ka main idea yeh hai ki jab bhi large players koi trade karte hain, toh unke trades ke movements market mein visible hote hain - jaise ki volume increase hona ya price ka ek particular trend follow karna. Chhote investors, jo itne resources aur knowledge se equipped nahi hote, woh in movements ko samajh ke apne trades adjust kar sakte hain.
Smart Money Concept ke kuch main points:

Accumulation & Distribution: Large players jab stocks accumulate karte hain (slowly buy karte hain) toh price gradually upar jaati hai, aur jab distribute (sell) karte hain toh price neechay girti hai.

Liquidity: Smart Money liquidity ki taraf attract hota hai. Jahan liquidity zyada hoti hai, wahan yeh log enter ya exit karte hain.

Price Manipulation: Large players kabhi kabhi market ko manipulate bhi karte hain taaki unhe best price mile. Iske liye woh price ko temporarily push up ya down kar sakte hain.
Yeh concept samajhne se retail traders ko yeh andaza lagane mein madad milti hai ki kaha Smart Money present ho sakta hai aur woh apne trades accordingly plan kar sakte hain.

Fundamental analysis mein hume kisi company ke financial health aur overall market potential ko samajhna hota hai. Is analysis mein hume kuch key factors ka dhyan rakhna padta hai, jinke baare mein neeche explain kiya gaya hai:

Earnings (Profit/Loss): Yeh company ka net profit ya loss hota hai. Earnings se pata chalta hai ki company kitna munafa kama rahi hai ya nukhsan utha rahi hai. Zyada earnings ka matlab hai company financially strong hai.

Revenue (Sales): Revenue matlab company ki total sales ya income jo products ya services bech kar aati hai. Agar revenue barh raha hai, toh yeh positive sign hai ki business grow kar raha hai.

Earnings Per Share (EPS): EPS calculate hota hai net profit ko total outstanding shares se divide karke. Higher EPS ka matlab hai company shareholders ke liye zyada profit kama rahi hai.

Price-to-Earnings Ratio (P/E Ratio): P/E ratio se pata chalta hai ki stock ka price uski earnings ke comparison mein kitna high ya low hai. Agar P/E high hai, toh stock expensive ho sakta hai, aur agar low hai, toh comparatively cheaper ho sakta hai.

Debt-to-Equity Ratio: Yeh ratio company ke total debt ko uske equity ke sath compare karta hai. Agar ratio high hai, toh company heavily debt me ho sakti hai, jo risky ho sakta hai. Low ratio generally safer mana jata hai.

Return on Equity (ROE): ROE batata hai ki company apni equity ka kitna achha use karke profit generate kar rahi hai. Higher ROE indicates better efficiency in using shareholders’ funds.

Current Ratio: Yeh ratio current assets ko current liabilities se compare karta hai. Agar current ratio 1 se zyada hai, toh company apni short-term obligations ko fulfill karne mein capable hai.

Dividend Yield: Agar company dividend deti hai, toh dividend yield se pata chalta hai ki company ke stock price ke comparison mein kitna dividend mil raha hai. Zyada dividend yield ka matlab consistent income ke chances badh jate hain.

Book Value: Book value se pata chalta hai ki agar company ko aaj liquidate kar diya jaye, toh per share kitna paisa shareholders ko milega. Isse stock ke actual worth ka andaza lagta hai.

Market Capitalization (Market Cap): Market cap calculate hota hai company ke total outstanding shares ko current share price se multiply karke. Yeh company ki overall market value ko represent karta hai.

Industry Trends: Company jis industry mein operate karti hai uski growth aur challenges ko samajhna bhi important hai. Yeh analyze karna chahiye ki company industry ka leader hai ya follower, aur kaise future opportunities ko capitalize kar sakti hai.

Management Quality: Company ke management team ka experience aur performance bhi crucial factor hai. Strong management ka matlab hota hai better decision-making aur growth prospects.

Economic Factors: Inflation, interest rates, government policies, etc., jaise economic factors bhi company ke performance ko impact karte hain. Yeh factors overall market sentiment ko bhi affect karte hain.
In sab factors ko dhyan mein rakhkar, hum kisi bhi stock ke fundamental analysis ko complete kar sakte hain aur uski real value samajh sakte hain.

Kam Transaction Costs: Kam expiries ka matlab hai kam trades, jisse transaction costs jaise brokerage aur taxes kam ho sakte hain.

Possible Nuksan:
