• Bridge architecture & design finalized
• Token wrapper contracts created (LSP7/8)
• Integrated HypLSP7/8 in Hyperlane CLI & tested warp routes
• Built UI/dApp for users

🔁 In progress:
• Hashi setup + zk-proof verification
• Internal security review + external audit

📋 What’s next:
• Setting up governance for the bridge + warp routes
• Rolling out + progressively deploying routes

ETA: Launch is targeted for the end of Q1 (March). The Hashi components are being tested, and a security audit is scheduled.
