اكو طرق لقياس التكيف منها :

1- اكعد المريض وكأنو دا افحص V.A بس هنا راح استخدم عدستين سالبة بنفس الوقت ازيد بدرجة السالب الحد ما المريض يشوف الحرف الكبير مغوش واسجل الاكوموديشن مالته

زين اجة مريض وخليتلة عدستين 10 سالبة وبعده ديشوف شنو معناها ؟

ممكن هذا المريض عنده مايوبيا وهو عندة - 10 فأحنه شكد ما نزيد دنعوض النقص الي عنده


2- راف رول Ruff roll عبارة عن مسطرة بيهه سانتي مترات والعمر وشدة التكيف توضع على زاوية 45°

2_الاشارات مختلفه يعني السفير سالب والسلندر موجب او بالعكس


خطوات الترانس //

1_ حاصل جمع جبري بين السفير  والسلندر

2_ السلندر ينزل نفسه مع عكس الاشاره

3_ المحور اذا جان 90 او اقل من 90 نضيفله 90

واذا اكثر من 90 نطرح منه 90
