Job Descriptions :
- Collect data from various sources (reports from each Residential and SAP project) and process them based on management needs
- Provide the information/data needed precisely and accurately.
- Manage and archive every report issued properly and neatly so that it can be easily found, if needed later.
- Assist in organizing the implementation of Company Policy / SOP.
- Prepare monthly reports, such as Stock Unit Report, Management Report, Risk - Management Report, Land Acquisition and Permit Report, Estate Management - Report, and other reports as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Real Estate/Economics/Management.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Having good communication, organization skill, and interpersonal skill.
- Good knowledge in Mastering Data Visualization Tools - Ms. Power BI (add. value).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
