I remember the New Year of 2018 when people were celebrating, and I was feeling sad. The reason for my sadness was that I started thinking that 2017 was great, and I might not be as lucky in 2018. Being the ICAI quiz winner, securing the top position in 12th grade, and clearing CPT in one shot were miracles for me in 2017. I used to attribute it more to luck than my hard work. However, I realized that luck is just a byproduct of hard work. If you work hard, the entire year will be the best for you. I made hard work my main weapon, and I believe that one's dedication matters. Your hard work reflects how determined you are for something. Every year can be the best if you consistently make an effort. Sometimes, life may have guilt and regret when looking back, but focusing on the present and future brings numerous opportunities. If you can't complete your work on time, if you can't respond in time, or for some reason, you miss the deadline for a commitment you made, people don't miss a chance to make you feel guilty. But it's your life, and you shouldn't take so much stress. "If you have life, you have the world." If your working environment is toxic, if the other person doesn't value or appreciate your work, then that working culture itself is flawed. That's why it's important to take care of your health, whether it's studies, your own business, or work—whatever you're passionate about, keep doing it like playing cricket ,music dancing Never give up on your passion, whatever brings you joy. Even if you dedicate just 1-2 hours to it regularly, no matter how much stress you're under, you'll forget about it while doing what you love.. It's just a matter of time, and this phase will pass. Problems are often small, but we make them bigger by overthinking, worrying about how the other person will react.

In life, it's important to be supportive. If someone has missed your response or missed some work, or anything else, deal with it in a soft manner; it will make the other person feel good rather than pressuring them. This applies to office seniors, clients at a firm, Parents , Teacher's in studies. Hearing and reading such news is deeply saddening—we lost a young CA due to work pressure ,May her kind soul rest in peace 🙏
