MITS Gwalior Hostel Warden Threatens to Expel Student Over Video Exposure
Worrms found in our food when some of us decided to inspect the hostel kitchen today. What we discovered was beyond words-rotting vegetables infested with worms and fungus filled the fridge. This is the quality of food we're expected to eat after paying ₹74,000 per semester.
A few students confronted the warden, who also happens to be a professor at our college, as he attempted to cover up the situation and prevent us from recording it.
The situation escalated when he grabbed one of my friend's hands, forcibly took his phone, and threatened him to delete all the videos and photos he had taken. He tried to erase all the evidence. When my friend refused, the warden shouted at him, threatened to expel him from the hostel immediately, and intimidated him until he had no choice but to delete the clip. However, one of us managed to record the entire confrontation, and the clip is attached below.
