▫️As part of Digital Almaty, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Digital Development of Kazakhstan, the Committee on AI and Innovation Development, leading universities as KBTU, Satbayev University, IITU, AITU, ALT University and the Chinese company AgiBot, a global leader in robotics.
▫️The parties agreed to establish an R&D center based on AlemAI – the National Artificial Intelligence Platform. The center will focus on scientific research, the development of educational programs, and the commercialization of technologies. Kazakhstani universities will actively participate in research, specialist training, and the implementation of new technological solutions, while AgiBot will provide technical support and knowledge transfer.
▫️The collaboration will include research in robotics, AI-driven automation, machine learning, IoT solutions, and the development of industrial and autonomous robots. Joint educational programs, seminars, and internships are planned to provide students and professionals with hands-on experience and up-to-date knowledge in AI and robotics.
▫️This initiative will strengthen Kazakhstan's position as a regional hub for artificial intelligence and robotic technologies. In the long term, the center will contribute to the growth of startups, the advancement of scientific research, and the implementation of innovative projects that will integrate the country into global technological processes.
