The trip to Dubai has been so intense. One meeting to another, then another event, and another meeting. Barely have time to catch my breath 😮‍💨

The best part is that I brought my mom here, and we finally got to meet up 💞It’s so nice to see friends, familiar faces, and soak up the warm Dubai sun, stocking up on vitamin D ☀️

🔎Post & Media Attachment Zoom
You can zoom in or out on media attachments/posts on a page using two fingers and quickly navigate through the timeline of image dates by dragging the date slider on the right side of the screen.


📸Reordering Images
You can rearrange images after selecting them. Simply tap on the checkmark showing the number of selected images, hold down on an image, and drag it into the desired order.


⭐️Telegram Stars
You can make purchases and support content creators using Telegram Stars. Stars can be withdrawn and converted, used to buy ads, support channels with reactions, and unlock photos and videos on channels.

New moon, new life 🌝

The new moon is a powerful time for self-cleansing, letting go of the old, and visualizing your dreams 💭

Here are a few practices I always do on the new moon, and I truly believe they work:

1️⃣Write down your goals as affirmations, as if they’ve already come true. For example, instead of saying, «I want to find a job I love,” write, «I am doing what I love and it brings me X amount per month.» 📝🤍

2️⃣ new moon meditations are also helpful for releasing anything that’s holding you back. Imagine the moonlight cleansing and renewing you🧘🏼‍♀️

Healthy Food = Healthy Mind & Body 💪🏼🌱

Briefly: I've been focusing on a healthy lifestyle for quite some time now—exercise, maintaining a balanced relationship with food (no restrictions, I eat what I want), and fully avoiding alcohol and smoking. I also practice mindfulness. And for the past few years - I feel waaaay better and stronger 🤍

👥 Through conversations with many successful and intelligent people I admire, I’ve noticed their incredible levels of awareness and discipline. I truly believe these are two of the most important skills we need to upgrade and pay attention to 🧠

I've found the best nutritionist 👩‍⚕️who helps me become even more aware of what I’m eating and ensures I get the most out of my diet.
My requests: more energy, maximizing vitamins from food, and achieving beautiful skin, hair, and body 🌸

Here are some recommendations from my amazing nutritionist this week ✍🏼:

1️⃣ Start your morning with warm water! Don’t eat before drinking it.
2️⃣Chew slowly—at least 25 times (yes, I’m counting)
3️⃣Don’t eat frequently. The best option is 3 meals with 4-hour breaks in between
4️⃣Have a protein-fat breakfast with fiber and slow carbs. Don’t start the day with sweets
5️⃣Start lunch with veggies whenever possible
6️⃣Avoid large amounts of simple carbohydrates—this will help reduce appetite and prevent issues like acne, depression, and inflammation
7️⃣Vegetables are essential: they provide fiber, vitamins, minerals, and are great for your microbiome
8️⃣Avoid snacking out of habit. If you feel the need for a snack, choose proteins and fats, not carbs
9️⃣And yes, vegetables are so important that it’s worth repeating—don’t forget about them!
1️⃣0️⃣Don’t forget about cocoa! It’s packed with magnesium, antioxidants, and polyphenols, with almost no caffeine (almond/hazelnut milk, but not Nesquik, please :)
