But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do.

I know that a true believer never desires to live in sin. They always want to live a life free from sin. However, there are certain sins that we find hard to leave, no matter how much we try. And when we fail to overcome them, we develop a sense of guilt within ourselves and stop loving ourselves.

Actually, getting out of sin and walking in holiness works like this👇

First of all, understand this – you cannot overcome sin by your own efforts. All you can do is surrender yourself completely before God. You can say to God, "Lord, I want to walk with You, but I am weak. Please help me so that I can walk with You." And surely, God will help you.

A person does not become holy by their own strength but by God’s grace. and that happens when they "surrender."

Hebrews 2:11
Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.

May the glory of the One who was, who is, and who is to come, endure forever.

Topic: Why Does God Sometimes Delay?

First, believe that God loves you. You may not feel it or trust it, but it’s true that God loves you, and this loving God has given me this message for you.

When God delays, there are certain purposes behind it, and those purposes are solely for your good.

It feels nice when things happen quickly, but it’s not always beneficial. Before elevating you, God wants to teach you how to stay up there. If you don’t learn certain things, you might fall back down. God often delays certain things in our lives to help us develop patience, so that we can handle the blessings He has prepared for us in the future.

A hasty nature is never good. A person with patience can lead God’s church and manage their home, because patience teaches us to think, understand, and act carefully before doing anything. We often fail because we try to achieve too much before God’s timing and by our own strength.

This is one reason 👆 why God sometimes doesn’t answer our prayers or delays certain things—because He has something great planned for us in the future, and He’s preparing us for it.

James 1:4
Let patience have its perfect work, that you may be complete and perfect, lacking nothing.
