Responsibilities:
• Participate in and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews, the pre-onboarding communication, and background check for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and tech teams to determine technical hiring needs and also the requirements related to the position.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify potential gaps in the process, and solve all issues evolving during the hiring process.
• Run the data-driven hiring process: collect and analyzing metrics, provide changes based on recruitment analytics.
• Promote a personalized approach in hiring.
• Closely cooperate with a talent sourcer and other recruiters.
Must-have skills:
• Upper-intermediate English
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Expert level skills in sourcing passive candidates
• A personalized approach in hiring
• Ability to work independently and help (mentor) other team members;
• Deep knowledge of the IT market and technical literacy
• Developed analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Great communication, negotiation, collaborative and interviewing skills and a good sense of humour.
