Responsibilities
· Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative tasks.
· Write, format and edit reports, documents and presentations.
· Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
· Liaise with internal departments, answer calls and make travel arrangements.
· Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
· Schedule meetings and appointments.
· Organize office operations and procedures.
· Provide general support to visitors.
Requirements
· Proven experience as an Personal Assistant, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
· Hands on experience with office machines
· Familiarity with email scheduling tools
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
· A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
