The dev team is always on the move! We're now experimenting with a potential 1 Second Block Time (image below) which would bring the IoTeX L1 to 5000TPS... 👀👀 making it the fastest EVM L1 on the market! 💨⚡️

⚠️ Please be mindful that this is still a test PoC.. but we're heading in the right direction. From the image below you can see how, during the 4s interval (x-axis), the block height (y-axis) went from ~105300 to ~105550. That's 250 blocks in 4 seconds... 😉

Anyway lots more testing to do! We'll keep all builders updated on the upcoming progress! 🤝
