Hi guys,
I just need some help as well as clarity. I was working in the project in data engineer role. And working on snowflake, SQL, AWS, wherescape, SSIS, tableau and python (basic). I want to make a switch to product based company and had experience of 3.2 years. And my doubt is is this skills enough ( I am not telling that I had advance knowledge) to make a switch or need to learn any other technology with these. Please suggest me any ideas or what I need to learn. Thank you.

I joined Infosys as a fresher in 2022. Present Difficult situation lo unna literally not able to know what to choose. Ekade untey em nerchukovatle switch avthadham antey opportunities ravatle nerchukunadaina perfect ga vacha antey adhi 100% ani chepalenu😔.
Eppatiki aina Government job kottali ane alochana kani prepare avataniki interest ravatledhu 1 week chadhivitey malli 1 mnth gap vasthundhi.
Project ravatledhu ela ? Or Switch avala ? Or Government job preparation? Please Suggestion me what to choose.

Currently i am in a project. I do have back issues which are bit critical. So i am planning to take release from project and wanted to go to bench so tht i will get some time for myself to take of me and to get recover. With this project work, i cant be able to take care of myself as well and couldnt be able to deliver work on time which is making me more stressful so at the end i am making myself more stressful and it becoming worst day by day. so i have decided for this. What do you guys suggest? Is it good to go to bench? I am thinking health is priority to me currently so i am taking this step. In meantime i will prepare for a company shift once i recover after few days. To take long leaves instead of bench or release from project i do have budget issues, i need money for my medical expense and my family is also dependent on me that is why. Please drop your suggestions.

Is software people really making so much money.. and people who are in software and not getting money as per people expectation are not treated as software employees only.. I am frm cs background and not good at coding but the work which I am doing getting good appreciation from managers and team and clients also but in my house I am not seen as person only because I don’t know coding and not getting good package
