FBN Holdings Plc is offering a rights issue of 5,982,548,799 ordinary shares at a nominal value of 50 kobo each. Existing shareholders before October 18th, 2024, will have the opportunity to buy 1 new share for every 6 shares at a price of N25.00 per share.

For example, an investor with 1000 units of FBN Holdings as at the qualification date with a 1 for 6 conversion rate would be entitled to buy 166 units at ₦25.00. That is (1000/6) x 1, so your cost will be 166 x ₦25.00 = ₦4,150 to take up the right.

Oando has shared its financial results, for 2023 Full-Year and 2024 Half-Year and there’s some impressive growth to see 😁

*Here are the details:*

*2023 Full-Year:*

- Profit After Tax (PAT) increased by 174.20%, reaching ₦60.28 billion.

*2024 Half-Year:*

- There was a decline in PAT by 44.29% to ₦62.65 billion. However, if you compare the First-Half of 2024 to the full year 2023 results, Oando has surpassed 104% of the full year 2023 results.🤯 The growth in PAT was supported by an income tax credit of ₦17.13 billion granted in H1 2024.

We are curious to see what 9-month holds.
