I was last second in my panel waited for almost 3hrs 30mins

As I logged in they asked me

Then asked me to show degree certificate, caste category certificate and cat score card.

Then said are you ready for extempore ? I said i am reaudy.
So they gave me topic - patience is a virtue (and said as you waited so long we decided to give you this topic)

Is human resource planning and man power planning same or different and why ?
Then asked you worked in footwear shop as an assistant manager then what is gst on chappals ? (Answered 18% but not sure)

Does kolhapuri chappal comes under USP ? ( I was not knowing about USP so said I don't know about thies term)

Any 2 Bharat Ratna award winners from kolhapur ?

And at last asked any extra curricular activities you did and asked to show certificates for it.

AWT - Very abstract topic. When you lose trust in someone you lose the will to be a part of their life, sympathy and attachment goes down, you distance yourself from them. Contrarily, when there is trust, you take more efforts, dependency increases and you are dedicated more towards the person / group.

P1: why MBA? Why can't you just start your own accounting firm? (Gave my prepared answer)

P1: what is central limit theorem (did not know)

P1: explain kurtosis and skewness in a normal distribution (Explained about normal distribution, skewness and kurtosis. I was not very satisfied with my explanation)

P1. Draw a skewed distribution and indicate mean, median, mode (Drew and presented, took a little time and I am not sure about whether I was right)

Overall: They asked things from my form and what I answered, no maths qs (I had expected one), no current affairs explicitly
Mam seemed to have wanted better answers (may be just trying to make me nervous), Sir seemed satisfied
