We’ve got some news to share:

Based on community feedback, we’re considering a new idea—allocating $ICP from trading fees as dividends to $ICS holders. 💡

During our brainstorming, we spotted a key issue: excluding $ICS neuron holders wouldn’t be fair. After some research, we found a way to solve this by creating a program to extract Principal(Account) IDs corresponding to ICS neurons, as ICP can only be sent to Account IDs (not neuron IDs like ‘96b5b64...’).

Here’s how ICPSwap trading fees will be divided:
1️⃣ 40% to $ICS neuron holders (neurons with a Dissolve Delay of 180+ days eligible)
2️⃣ 40% for $ICS buyback and burn
3️⃣ 20% for ICPSwap’s Cycles Monitoring and Auto-Recharge Canister, keeping operations smooth (ICPSwap currently consumes 4,500T cycles/month).

We’ll submit a motion proposal to the ICPSwap SNS DAO soon and look forward to your and ICPSwap SNS DAO support! 💪
