OBC candidates applying for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) in 2025 need to provide an OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate. This certificate must meet the following conditions:
Income Basis: It should be based on the income of the family for the financial years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024.
Issuance Date: The certificate must be issued after 1st April 2024 (once the financial year 2023-2024 is complete).
