अतिसंक्षिप्तगोपूजनम्
(पूजनकर्त्ता कृतनित्यक्रियः सर्वपूजनसाधारर्णी व्यवस्थां सम्पाद्य संकल्पपूर्वकं यथोपचारैः सवत्सां गां पूजयेत्।)
संकल्पः-
अद्येत्यादि देशकालौ संकीर्त्य अमुकोऽहं सवत्सगोपूजनं करिष्ये। (अमुक के स्थान पर अपना-अपना नाम लें)
ध्यानम्-
यया सर्वमिदं व्याप्तं जगत्स्थावरजंगमम्।
तां धेनुं शिरसा वन्दे भूतभव्यस्य मातरम्॥
औं सवत्सगव्यै नमः ध्यानं समर्पयामि।
आवाहनम्-
औं सवत्सगव्यै नमः आवाहनं समर्पयामि।
आसनम्-
औं सवत्सगव्यै नमः आसनं समर्पयामि।
जलम्-
औं सवत्सगव्यै नमः पाद्यार्घाचमनीयस्नानीयपुनराचमनीयानि समर्पयामि।
चन्दनम्-
औं सवत्सगव्यै नमः इदमनुलेपनं समर्पयामि।
अक्षताः-
औं सवत्सगव्यै नमः अक्षतान् समर्पयामि।
पुष्पम्-

Without the law of dharma, there is no karma. Any living
being that does not have the faculty of choice is called vimukta.
It means that they are free from dharma and adharma and
consequently from punya and papa. If a tiger kills a goat or a
donkey kicks, they do not attract papa, since their actions are
instinctive and not born of deliberate freewill. However, if
you or I should eat an animal, it is definitely papa because we
can choose. Food is basically vegetarian; only a prepared meal
is non-vegetarian. If we deliberately exercise our choice to
eat by causing harm to another living being, it is definitely
adharma and the result is paap
