I am hearing that College of Western Idaho in Nampa has this description of requirements for a religious exemption:

"Please provide a statement discussing the nature and tenets of your asserted beliefs and information about when, where, and how you follow the practice or belief. Please include sufficient detail to allow for an independent determination of the restriction on vaccination. This may include details about religious requirements, references to specific passages of religious texts, or other relevant information. You may choose to attach this statement as a Word or PDF document, if so, please note that below. NOTE: If referencing specific religious texts, please include sufficient information to locate the passage, including the name of the text, the name of the translation, version, or edition (if appropriate), and any relevant chapter, verse, line, or other identifier. (Required)"

I wrote the college exemption section of Idaho law.... THIS IS NOT REQUIRED!!!! Not only is it not required, but please don't do this!!! Everything you say to govt will be used against you (all of us). DON'T EXPLAIN YOUR BELIEFS!!!! You don't owe anyone an explanation.

I will personally be educating the CWI admissions office so this will be fixed. But if you or someone you know has a child entering college, I have a sample exemption statement prepared for your use.

Due to the demand P.O.W.E.R is holding another CPS Symposium on Saturday, November 30th, 2024 6:00pm - 7:30pm. This one will be held virtually so they can reach more people that are in need.
