Actively promote and explain community participation and create sense of ownership among the communities.
To collect and submit to QC & QA Engineer proper and updated records/data/reports of all activities in the projects and assist in analysing the data

لایحه وظایف:
The Officer should work closely with the Project Manager and Provincial Education Supervisor on all aspects of the project implementation:
Under the overall technical and administrative direction of Education Project Manager assist EiE project planning and implementation including school assessment teacher recruitment teacher training and awareness to children's caregivers.
Undertake training needs assessments for project staff teachers with the assistance of Project Teacher Trainers in the province.
Develop & organize on-the-job refresher training to address any gaps and build the capacity of individuals and departments targeted by the project.
Support trainings for the beneficiaries in accordance with the approved proposal of the projects.
Evaluate regularly the impact of all conducted training.
Coordinate the monitoring of the activities according to the approved activities schedule.
Producing initial reports of the activities and sharing these reports in timely manner.
Keep the record of the project and do the proper data collection and file accordingly.
Assist in recruitment of project staff and project field staff in coordination with HR and relevant policies.
Engaging the ASLO in activities establishing ASLO Advisory Boards and in facilitating the ASLO understanding of the overall project.
Coordination with relevant government departments in the province including the provincial education department district education departments and department of the economy.
Keep the perfect record and filing system of the project activities and do the proper data collection.
Supporting the unit head in the implementation of another educational project.
Conduct field visits to ASLO targeted areas.
Prepare monthly quarterly result-based progressive reports the relevant line Ministry of Education Ministry and clusters.
Inspire staff to excel in their jobs while also achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
Preparing and coordinating daily plans and activities that contribute to the objective of the project.
Regular and on need field visits from the project site.
On-time reporting of the overall activities being undertaken at the field level to the field Coordinator.
Monitoring and supervision of the activities at the field level and sharing the findings with the Project manager and relevant staff for improvement.
Any other tasks assigned by the line supervisor.

لایحه وظایف:
Training the Master Trainers/Trainers/Supervisors and other project-related staff in:
(a) Planning and Scheduling for training.
(b) Organizing a training workshop (logistics, finances, venue, refreshment, etc).
(c) Preparing/designing the training materials and their use.
(d) Pre and post evaluation of the trainees for each training and reporting the synthesis of this exercise to the Project Officer and through PO to the Project Manager.
(e) Preparing model lessons, model lesson plans, and their hand out outs.
2- Training the targeted trainees in methodology and other training packages specified for the project.
Be available in the partner training session to ensure partners trainers are supported, training is relevant, needs-based, and well organized, good training methods are implemented and trainees are satisfied.
Collect data on the training and impacts of the training.
Filing the records of ASLO training and writing reports on the activities he/she conducts.
Preparing/compiling individual training manuals for each training package mentioned below.
Learning about new training areas and training contents needed for the CBE, ALP, and other related programs.
Support the provincial education team and project Manager in any technical issues where they need.
Regularly visits the CBE and ALP classes whether the training contents are being implemented in the school/class/community environment to gauge the impact of the training delivered.
Perform any other project activity assigned by the provincial Manager.
