BREAKING: The Texas Board of Education approved a new K-5 curriculum that allows Bible teachings in classrooms.
The curriculum includes Biblical and Christian lessons about Moses, the story of the Good Samaritan, the Golden Rule, readings from The Book of Genesis, and more. The accuracy of the materials has come under scrutiny. For example, the curriculum claims "Abraham Lincoln and other leading abolitionists relied on a deep Christian faith," though Lincoln's religion has historically been debated.
The instructional materials, called Bluebonnet Learning, are developed by the state, according to the Texas Education Agency. The lessons would be optional, but districts can receive at least $40 per student for using state-approved materials, according to local legislation.
Some supporters of instituting religion in the curriculum say that these religious texts are important for the historical context of U.S. history and can instill moral values in the classroom. While some critics said, this violates the First Amendment right to freedom of religion for students and teachers, forcing classrooms to engage in Christian instruction.

I urge all believers to spend time in earnest prayer for the newly elected President and Congress of the USA, as they prepare to govern. May the Lord give much wisdom as President-elect Trump picks his Cabinet, advisors, and other staff. The Lord has allowed us a reprieve from the onslaught of the enemy - particularly from those who are bent on the mutilation & trafficking of our children and the promotion of pedophilia in positions of influence.
It is our duty to take advantage of this time that we've been granted and not let a moment go to waste.

The New York State Supreme Court has ruled that all New York City employees fired for not being vaccinated must be reinstated with back pay. The court concluded that "being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or spreading COVID-19."

There will be no services in Aylmer this coming Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
We want to give the saints the opportunity to spend time with their families & friends locally and also give the saints an opportunity to join up with their families in other localities, if they so desire.
Let's be sure to include those who may not have family members here in our Thanksgiving dinners and ensure that all of us have an opportunity to fellowship and enjoy each other's company.

Canadian pastor Henry Hildebrandt, who kept his church open during COVID despite mandates, recently finished paying off a staggering $339,005 in fines, but said the sum was a “small price to pay” to validate his church’s commitment to the principles on which “Canada and the USA were founded.”

Today I delivered the final payment of $65,005 to the government of Ontario for gathering for worship against government mandates. We paid a total of $339,005 for meeting on our own property with zero deaths in our congregation during the plandemic.

Proud to see my grandsons off to their summer bootcamp in Ohio this morning. Such a wonderful time of training, discipline, and camaraderie.
