REQUIREMENT OF SECURITY PERSONNEL AT CENTRAL WAGES….

1. Ex-Servicemen Resettlement Society (ERS) require 3x Supervisors and 37 Security Guards amongst the ex-servicemen (ESM) category. The persons so selected will be deployed in PSUs in Kolkata/Howrah at Central Govt wages. The services are purely on contractual basis.

2. The desirous candidates can come to the office of ERS, 9A Beparitola Lane (Near Hind Cinema), Kolkata in 2nd week of Dec 2024 (final date & time will be intimated subsequently) with their Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter card, Discharge book, PPO, Wife Aadhar card, ZSB identity card and three Stamp size photos. The age of ESM should be less than 45 years. Character should be EXEMPLARY & medical category should be SHAPE-1

3. The monthly Gross salary will be approx 29000/-. All EPF, Bonus, EDLI etc. are applicable as per Govt rates.

ECHS : The dependency criteria
Under ECHS, for daughters are as follows:-

Unmarried and Unemployed Daughters: They are considered dependents regardless of age, until they get married or start earning an income exceeding ₹9,000 per month (excluding DA). ​​

Married Daughters: Once married, daughters are no longer eligible as dependents under ECHS, irrespective of their employment status or income. ​​

Divorced, Abandoned, or Widowed Daughters: If they are dependent on the ECHS beneficiary and have an income less than ₹9,000 per month (excluding DA), they remain eligible as dependents, irrespective of age. ​​

Physically or Mentally Challenged Daughters: Unmarried daughters suffering from any permanent disability covered under the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Act 2016 are considered dependents for life, regardless of age. ​​

So, for unmarried and unemployed daughters, there is no specific age limit for dependency under ECHS; they remain dependents until they marry or start earning above the specified income threshold.​​

H. Step 8. Go to Google.
Type: www. Jeevanpramaan.gov.in.
Click on Download Life Certificate by Generating OTP. It will take you to Pensioner Sign In. It has box for entering Jeevan Pramaan ID: Enter the ID you noted down. Click on Captcha. It will give you a receipt.

J. Your Life Certificate will be sent to SPARSH (for those migrated to SPARSH) within 24 hrs. Login next day to SPARSH portal. Go to the Life Certificate. SPARSH will show that you have submitted a Life Certificate with the date you submitted and also will intimate you when is your Next Due Date of Submission of Life Certificate.

K. You will receive an ack of Life Certificate from Jeevan Pramaan. But not yet in SPARSH. Please wait for 24 hrs, Later, download & take a print if you wish.

LIFE CERTIFICATE - JEEVAN PRAMAAN


1. Life Certificate sitting at home can be submitted. Download two apps from the Google Play Store.

2. Aadhar Face Rd and Jeevan Pramaan Version 4.0.0 available in Google Play store can be downloaded onto your Android Mobile.

3. Go to Google Play store. In the search bar type Jeevan Pramaan 4.0.0. It will ask you to INSTALL.

4. Click on Install. Once the app is installed, click on OPEN. You will see the new logo of Jeevan Pramaan. You can easily download it.

5. Then you have to download Aadhar Face Reader app again from the Google Play store.

6. The Jeevan Praman Logo appears in your mobile but not the Aadhar Face RD app which works silently in the background. So do not worry about the Aadhar Face Reader App.

7. U will get your Life Certificate generated sitting at home without going to my bank or any other organisation and also get acknowledgment from Jeevan Pramaan site.

8. I will explain a few simple steps how you can get your Life Certificate by Face Recognition Apps.

A. First Step. Click on Jeevan Pramaan Logo on your mobile. It will ask you to give permission to use your camera.

B. Second Step. It will take you to Personal Identification. You click on Aadhar.

(i) Enter your Aadhar No:
(ii) Enter your mobile no registered with Aadhar.
(iii)Enter your full name as in Aadhar. Card
(iv) Click on SUBMIT. They will send an OTP to your mobile no.
(v) Enter the OTP and click on SUBMIT.
(vi) Click on SCAN. Give permission While Using this App.
(vii) Capturing Face. It will show you two icons. Centre one on the top and right one on the bottom. You have to have light on your face. Best is to face the Sun & Click on I am aware. Blink your eyes to capture your iris (black or brown circle) of the eye. Then you will get a message Image captured successfully.

C. Third Step: Pensioner Identification. You will be taken to the next page. Enter again the same Aadhar No, mobile no and your full name in Aadhar card. Click on SUBMIT.
(i) For defence male pensioners, select. For Family pensioner click on Family Pensioner.
(ii) Organisation – Central Govt.
(iii) For Pension Sanctioning Authority : Your PCDA who generated your PPO.
For Army pensioners both male and family it is PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.

For Naval pensioners it is PCDA (Navy) Mumbai.

For IAF pensioners it is Jt CDA (AF) Subroto Park, Delhi Cantt.
(iv) Disbursing Agency: For migrated pensioner to SPARSH of all three services it is SPARSH- PCDA (Pensions) Prayagraj.

(v) Disbursing Agency:
For others it is CPPC of Bank. Click on NEXT.

D. Fourth Step. Pre View Filled Data. It will display all the data you entered. Please check & verify, your Name as in Aadhar Card, Paying Agency: For all migrated Pensioner, SPARSH -PCDA (Pensions) Allahabad, PPO No: The last PPO or E-PPO No, It will ask you to certify in two boxes. Click on them then Click on SUBMIT button.

E. Step 5: Confirm. Here for most of us who get only one pension (including Disabled or war injured soldier) click NO.
For those who get two pensions like an officer married to another officer and his wife has died, then if he gets two pensions. One for himself and for family pensioner for his diseased wife. Such double pensioner to click on YES.

It will take you to the SCAN page.

It will show you that you have submitted a Digital Life Certificate for the following PPO No: XXXXXXXXXX
It will also ask you to give consent. Click on the box. Then click on SCAN.

F. Step 6: Detecting Face. Go in front of good light or the Sun God and blink your eyes. If your iris of eye is captured, then you get a message, Image Captured Successfully.

G. Step 7: Photo. Your photo as given at the time of making Aadhar card will be shown to you. It will also give your Pramaan ID which is 10 digit for PPO no ----. Note Pramaan ID down.
