Especially D Piedt against plenty of left handers. And He can bat also.

honestly can't comment on who will bowl full overs, bcz Aus have many options. Mcgrath also can bowl.
Muniba Ali can be picked in place of Omaima, but the swing Dubai offers during the powerplay under the lights + Schutt's form is a concern. So not going with experiments. Just a default combination.

Women's worldcup, I would suggest you to skip. One player and C,VC games mostly.
I'm playing Women's WC alone, and winning good as well. But it's a game of luck mostly. So not sharing the Womens team here. Better you too skip that.
