Your Role:
support the CEO in the daily operations of our building material supply business, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, managing orders, and helping with customer communications related to the supply of building materials.

Responsibilities

•        Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
•        Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
•        Prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
•        Organize travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations.
•        Assist in managing and tracking orders from suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
•        Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and replenishment schedules.
•        Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to resolve any order-related issues.
•        Conduct market research and assist in supplier negotiations.
•        Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
•        Track and follow up on tasks and projects assigned to team members by the CEO.
•        Handle ad hoc assignments such as event planning, personal errands, and team support.

Qualifications and Skills:

•        Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (experience in the building material supply industry is a plus).
•        Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
•        Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•        Knowledge of building materials, construction terms, or supply chain management is an advantage.
•        Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and discretion when handling confidential information.

يبحث تجمع الشباب السوري عن مجموعة من المتطوعين المتحمسين للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريعنا التطوعية التنموية المختلفة. نحن نؤمن بأن العمل المدني والتطوعي له تأثير حقيقي على الشباب السوري، و قدمنا خلال السنوات الماضية المشاريع التعليمية و برامج بناء السلام المختلفة التي وصلت لاكثر من 200 الف شاب و شابةفي سوريا و حول العالم, و عمل مع التجمع اكثر من 100 متطوع خلال السنوات الماضية و نحن شغوفين لاستمرار توفير برامجنا و عملنا للالاف من الشباب السوري في المرحلة القادمة, نحن نبحث اليوم عن أشخاص لديهم الخبرة والرغبة في تقديم وقتهم وخبراتهم لدعم جهودنا.

🔹 المتطلبات العامة:

✅ الالتزام بتقديم 5 ساعات أسبوعيًا على الأقل ( بي التزام لمدة عام على الأقل)

✅ امتلاك خبرة سابقة في المجال المطلوب

فهم عميق للسياق السوري والتحديات التي تواجه الشباب

5️⃣ مدير تقني ومبرمج

7️⃣ مستشار قانوني - متطوعين (في ألمانيا و سوريا)

تقديم الاستشارات القانونية المتعلقة بعمل التجمع في ألمانيا و سوريا

مساعدة الفريق في المسائل القانونية المرتبطة بالمشاريع

ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة والقوانين الألمانية و السورية

🟢 المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة قانونية في ألمانيا او سوريا

معرفة جيدة بالقوانين الخاصة بالمنظمات غير الربحية والعمل التطوعي
