1. 3-5 years in Finance: Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial operations.
2. 1+ year in Real Estate: Exposure to the specific financial nuances of real estate, such as property valuation, investment analysis, lease management, financing structures, and tax implications in real estate transactions.
3. Experience with Financial Software: Proficiency in using accounting and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, MRI, or others tailored for real estate).
