PAY ATTENTION‼️

When trying to lift very heavy in the gym, always make sure you take proper precautions and use proper technique. Which includes communicating with the person spotting you and for them to actually know how to spot correctly to avoid freak accidents and deaths like this.

1️⃣ DB Rows- I try to get in 10-15 good reps of 4sets to activate my lats.

2️⃣ Chest supported DB row- I love this because it just takes away all the swinging and momentum and hits your back straight up!

3️⃣Lats Pull down- I love doing this until failure and with very slow reps while maximizing time under tension.
