Nanite Trees

The project uses Nanite and Lumen technologies, allowing to achieve high detail of models.
The content includes 110 high-quality models of plants and the environment, and also includes a large demonstration level.
All plants have a summer, autumn and winter/dead variant.
The materials are well organized, commented and provide you with ample opportunities to customize them, allowing you to achieve even greater variability and control.
Possible use both for visualization and for non-complex game projects.
Wind and snow are configured and activated in the instance material. Disabled by default.

Northern Island Pack consists of a 16 km2 island landscape with fully procedural landscape and foliage arrangement. The landscape textures, plants and rocks are photoscanned by us. The landscape coastal cliffs are modelled and sculpted patiently. They are in various sizes and shapes for an easy placement using Unreal Engine’s landscape foliage spawner tool.
Unreal Engine’s new Volumectic Cloud System and Water System are also integrated to the project.

Nuclear Winter

The project contains buildings for a voluminous and varied background of the first and second plan. Some of them are modular, for a variety of destruction.
A large number of debris, remains of buildings, easily recognizable objects of culture, equipment and props of that time will expand the field for creating your version of the story.
The meshes collected in blueprints will help to achieve greater variability and uniqueness. A lot of fine adjustments will also allow you to change the appearance of some objects.
Of course, the finished particle system will give it all its own atmosphere of terrible cold.
The project takes up 3 GB, with more than 700 static meshes. Build your map as your imagination allows or use this option. All the best!

Jet Packs Bundle

This pack contains seven types of jet packs. An old fashioned jet pack, a dual jet-engined more modern jet pack, a dual ducted fan type of backpack, a modern military-inspired jet pack with jets engines attached to the pilot’s hands, a flying wing pack with four jet engines under the wings, and the last two being an Acme Rocket and a retro Sci-Fi jet pack for fun.
This pack contains all of the textures and materials needed for them to look good including mask textures set up to allow for some customization of how the jet packs will look. It has all the animations needed for your character (using default unreal skeleton) to fly around with the packs on their backs (doesn’t require any bones being added to your existing characters to use, though does require you to copy/migrate over five sockets for the exhaust points of the Hand Held type of jet pack).
Next are the three-particle effects for the jet packs exhaust, and eight audio files of sound effects for the jet pack engines and other sounds to give you some options in how they sound in your project.
There are two blueprints, one for the third person character modified to have the jet pack actor on him, and the jet pack actor itself. This single actor is set up to work as any of the jet packs, and to be added to any character with maximum ease.
You would also need to open the third person characters animation blueprint and copy over the code there to your own characters to use it (as shown in the demo), but it’s built to be easily copied and to then be merged in with the rest of your animation blueprints without getting in the way, or making things unnecessarily confusing.

Photorealistic Helicopter

Fully controlled helicopter, with sound, interior, detailed cockpit, player enter and exit function. All parts of the helicopter are animated in a blueprint not rigged with a skeleton mesh.
There is two levels Helicopter_LineUp_Map and Helicopter_Map where Helicopter_LineUp have Helicopter variation preset as shown in above images and Helicopter_Map has just 2 helicopters with the landing pad.

Desert Science Fiction City Modular Pack

Science fiction Desert city containing 176 static meshes working with Nanite and Lumen on UE 5 and also available if you need it on UE4.
