We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for our 1-year Apprenticeship program. As an Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to projects and gaining valuable skills and knowledge. This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive learning experience, mentorship, and potential for future employment.
*Responsibilities:*
- Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies
- Provide training and support to agency partners
- Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
*Requirements:*
- Age 18+
- Strong academic background - Bachelor Degree completed 2019 and onwards
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and take initiative
- Willingness to commit to the 1-year program
