Role Description
Sr. Sales Manager / Sales Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Suites GRT Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through proactive sales efforts within the hotel.

-Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
-Understanding of Corporate Business ( Global & Local Accounts )
-Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
-Revenue Target Achievement skills
-Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
-Knowledge of Hospitality Industry and Market Trends
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with CRM software
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
-Local experience preferred
