Tomorrow marks three years since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

A day that will forever live in infamy.

Today, we are hoisting the Ukrainian flag at our headquarters. It flies high and proud at the heart of Europe — where it belongs.

The blue and yellow of Ukraine.
The colors of resistance against imperialism.

On the eve of this grim anniversary, these colors adorn our building as a symbol of our unwavering support for the Ukrainian people — our neighbors, partners, and future EU members.

Today in Paris we reaffirmed that Ukraine deserves peace through strength.

Peace respectful of its independance, sovereignty, territorial integrity, with strong security guarantees.

Europe carries its full share of the military assistance to Ukraine.

At the same time we need a surge in defence in Europe.

Estonia 🇪🇪, Latvia 🇱🇻, and Lithuania 🇱🇹 have officially disconnected from the Russian power grid, marking a historic leap towards energy independence.

After preparing for the integration into the EU energy market for almost two decades, the countries are now fully synchronised with the European continental grid.

This allows the 3 Baltic countries to fully benefit from the European common energy system.

🚫new measures targeting the circumvention of sanctions through Putin’s shadow fleet and weakening Russia’s military and industrial complex.
