Please note that our fees are as following:
A) Company registration for your company in Albania 65'000 ALL which includes:
- Advice related to necessary documents for company incorporation/Preparation of the Articles of the Association of the new co and other deeds
- Company registration near the National Business Center
- Declaration of companyโs director/administrator in tax system (performed separately for foreign staff)
- Registration in the local Municipality for local tax purposes
- Notification to the Labor Inspectorate
- Registration at the Labor Office
- Procurement of companyโs stamp/seal
- Electronic Signature application and activation
- Electronic Certificate application and activation
- Activation of company profile on e-Albania (public services website)
- Registration of beneficial owner at the Public Register of Beneficial Owners
- Assistance with opening of bank account
+ We can provide tax services for your company starting from 8'000 ALL/month
B) Work Permit 20'000 ALL/person
Please note that a new law and new procedures are in place which require a business to be real. That means before approving the work permit, there is a commission which evaluates a business plan and if the business is going to have a good impact on the economy of the country. Only after they confirm that your business complies with all the legislation requirements you can apply for the Work Permit.
Kindly note that if you confirm, we can assist you with the business plan. Please note that our fee for the business plan is not included in the company registration fee.
! You should rent offices or other business place and you should also rent a home before applying for the visa.
C) Assistance with Visa application for D visa (long-term) - 25'000 ALL/person
We kindly inform you that no invitation letter or sponsorship is provided by us in support of visa application. We will submit the application based on documents provided by you and follow up with competent authorities.
D) Residence Permit for any type of permit (business, real estate or digital nomad) is 30'000 ALL/person
Kindly note that all our fees have to be paid in advance before us starting with the procedures.
Also you will have to give us in advance administrative costs, which include payment to third parties such as government fees, notary fees, translator fees, etc., which are not part of our fees, as below:
Step 1 - approx. EUR -300 for business registration
Step 2 - approx. EUR 320 (translation/notarization/state fee for work permit 90 Euro)
Step 3 - approx. EUR 300 (visa fee, etc)
Step 4 - approx. EUR 400 (government fee approx. 90 and the rest notarization/translation)
Our agency fee = 265 Euro
Timeline for issuance of documents:
1- Business registration - 3 to 5 days
2- Work Permit - 2-3 weeks
3- Visa type D - 4-6 weeks
4. Residence Permit - 2 months
*Please note that the Work Permit, Visa and Residence Permit have a validity term of 1 year and after one year they can be renewed for 2 years, 5 years, etc.
*After 5 years you get permanent residence
*In order to obtain the Albanian passport you must have lived in Albania for 7 years.
*Our fees must be paid in advance before each step and do not include administrative payments/third party expenses related to the process.
