We are pleased to inform you about an important update regarding one of the long-pending demands raised by the Union—the reimbursement of internet charges for employees as they utilize their personal mobile phones and data services for official purposes.
Considering that many of FCI’s major software applications and updates are being managed by employees using their personal mobile data, the FCI Management has taken this issue seriously and formed a committee to address the matter.
The committee has submitted its recommendations for reimbursement rates as follows:
Category-III employees: ₹350 + GST per month
Category-II employees: ₹500 + GST per month.
We will continue to pursue its implementation at the earliest and ensure the benefit reaches all eligible employees.
We thank you for your continuous support and assure you that the FCIESU remains committed to safeguarding the welfare and rights of all employees.

ऐसा तब होता है जब व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप का दुरुपयोग फर्जी प्रचार करने, कर्मचारियों को गुमराह करने, झूठ फैलाने और किसी व्यक्ति को बदनाम करने के उद्देश्य से किया जाता है। सावधान रहें कि कुछ अन्य यूनियनों के फर्जी प्रचारक जो आदतन ब्लैकमेलर, झूठे और अफ़वाह फैलाने वालों में से हैं, जिनका एकमात्र उद्देश्य आम कर्मचारियों को अपनी अफवाहों और झूठ से गुमराह करना है, वे ऐसे कर्मचारियों को अपमानजनक, बदनामी से संबंधित सामग्री साझा करने के लिए mislead करते हैं और ऐसे गुमराह करने वाले लोग iss suspension के लिए मुख्य रूप से जिम्मेदार हैं।
ऐसे लोग कैडर, जाति, धर्म, क्षेत्र और राज्य के नाम पर कर्मचारियों को गुमराह करके स्वयं की राजनीति चलाते हैं। इसलिए, हमें ऐसे फर्जी प्रचारकों और नेताओं से बचना चाहिए। हमें यह याद रखना चाहिए कि यूनियन द्वारा कर्मचारियों को एकता के लिए आग्रह करना, अपने अधिकारों के लिए लड़ना, प्रबंधन की आलोचना करना, आंदोलन/धरना का आह्वान करना एक बात है और यह हमारा संवैधानिक अधिकार है, लेकिन फिर इन groups पर किसी को भी मौखिक रूप से परेशान करना, harass करना और व्यक्तिगत रूप से बदनाम करना अनावश्यक है।

Today, i.e on I had a discussion with our Executive Director(P) sir on certain issues:
1. Amendment in Transfer Policy: ED sir has apprised that efforts have been made to do it at the earliest. In, 1st week of August, they will probably give a draft for comments from union.
2. Enhanced CDA on tour for Cat-III and IV employees: ED sir has apprised that management is trying to give both options to employees on being tour. Enhanced CDA & Hotel Facility..as per their choice.
3. Creche Facility in FCI Hqrs: ED sir has apprised that, in view of ongoing hqrs building renovation, it has been decided to hire services of professional creche Facility near to our building. Quotation has already been submitted by service providers and management is trying to provide creche Facility to Hqrs employees at the earliest.
4. Chargesheet issued in Punjab: ED Sir was apprised with all the facts and today's proceedings in the court and judgment, over which he has assured to discuss the issue with ED(N) for withdrawal of the same.
