Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a great fit for the company.
Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
