Xotirani qanday yaxshilash mumkin?

Juda ko‘p o‘smirlar, yigit-qizlar xotirasi yaxshi emasligidan noliydi. Bu holat yoshi kattalarda kuzatilsa, uncha e’tibor berilmaydi. Lekin yoshlarning xotirasi sustligi ancha tashvishlanarli holat. Bu narsa faqat sog‘lik bilan bog‘liq emas. To‘rt muchasi sog‘, tetik bolalar ham ba’zida darslarni o‘zlashtirishga, o‘qituvchilar yoki ota-onalarining topshiriqlarini bajarishga qiynaladi. Bunga esa, ko‘pincha aqliy mehnatning to‘g‘ri yo‘lga qo‘yilmagani, miyaning keraksiz axborotlar bilan to‘lgani sabab bo‘ladi. Mutaxassislar xotirani yaxshilash uchun bir nechta usullarni taklif etadi. Ularga to‘lasicha amal qilish kutilgan natijaga tezroq yetishish imkonini beradi. 8. Qismlarga ajratib o‘rganing.

O‘rganayotgan narsangizni qismlarga ajrating. Bir bo‘lagini to‘la o‘zlashtirib bo‘lgandan keyin ikkinchisiga o‘ting. Chunki miya kichik hajmdagi ma’lumotlarni oson eslab qoladi.
