A reputable food industry company seeking for the following positions :

Job Title : Maintenance Manager

Location : ALkhatatba City

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations together with leading and coaching the maintenance team in the plant to achieve business targets.

Main Responsibilities
· Supervises the day-to-day operations of maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
· Monitor utilities consumption and control by utilities saving projects to meet utilities KPIs
· Review Maintenance KPIs and set plans to achieve targets Review the implementation of AM & PM activities
· Define Maintenance strategies to be followed for all maintenance activities and assure their implementation
·  Ensure that all equipment and machinery are working with highest efficiency to reduce technical stoppages.
·  Monitor energy supply and usage (power, electricity, water, ……………….) of the Plants to achieve production plan.
· Ensure that all activities are monitored, and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
· Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
· Any other certificates required
· 10-15 years relevant experience in maintenance including at least 8 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.

ستتركز الورشة حول موضوعات مثل كيفية البدء في مجال البودكاست، كتابة السكريبت، تقنيات السرد القصصي النسوي، وأخلاقيات العمل عند تناول القضايا الحساسة كالعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي. ذلك بالإضافة إلى أساسيات التحرير الصوتي وبناء الهوية البصرية للبودكاست الخاص بكِ.

لمن هذا التدريب؟

الشابات اللاتي يعشن في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا والمهتمات بمناصرة حقوق النساء سواء بشكل فردي أو ينشطن ضمن منظمة مجتمع مدني أو مبادرة أو مجموعة نسوية ممن يملكن خبرات بسيطة أو لا يملكن خبرات في مجال إنتاج البودكاست

مدة وتاريخ التدريب:

ينعقد التدريب عبر الإنترنت على مدار ثلاثة أيام بدء من الجمعة 13 ديسمبر 2024 وحتى الأحد 15 ديسمبر 2024. سيتم إرسال أجندة الورشة التفصيلية لمن تم قبولهنّ لاحقًا.
