Sub: Invitation to attend the Workshop on Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security for upcoming NCIIPC AICTE Penthathon 2024 – reg.
Dear Sir/Mam,
This is regarding an upcoming opportunity for faculty members and students to participate in a Half-day workshop on Cybersecurity and Ethical hacking being organized by the National Critical Information Infrastructure Protection Centre (NCIIPC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), this workshop aims to spread awareness and knowledge about crucial topics in cybersecurity. The event will cover themes such as Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) exercises, and make the awareness about the NCIIPC AICTE PENTATHON 2024.
The workshop will take place at the 6 Locations. The location and the workshop dates are as follow:
1) Kolkata on 6th March 2024
2) Mysore on 7th March 2024
3) Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar on 9th March 2024
4) Chennai on 11th March 2024
5) Hyderabad on 13th March 2024
6) Pune on 15th March 2024
We invite you to nominate a maximum of 2 faculty members and 2-4 students to attend this workshop. It is an excellent opportunity for your faculty and students to engage with cybersecurity experts, gain practical insights, and network with professionals in the field.
The session on NCIIPC AICTE PENTATHON 2024 will be provided some insight to the participants for the hackathon such as 'how to register', 'how to tackle the challenges' and important points related to this unique initiative. For more details regarding the NCIIPC AICTE PENTATHON 2024 hackathon you can visit on https://mic.gov.in/pentathon2024/
Please note that:
- Certificates by NCIIPC and AICTE will be provided to the participants of this workshop.
- Opportunity to meet with the experts of the cybersecurity domain.
- High Tea and Lunch will be provided during the workshop. Registration Kits will be provided to the selected participants.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending this workshop. No travel allowances will be provided to attend the event.
- No Stay arrangements will be done at the host institute as it is a half day workshop.
- This form needs to be filled by the Faculty SPOC of the institute ONLY. They can nominate the faculty and students from their students.
