🌪 Earlier today Bitcoin hit $89,000, currently is $91,000. According to the channel I drew on the chart Bitcoin either already bottomed or will bottom at 80-85K range. All assets will bounce back, it's a good time to be buying the blood. In Q1 still expecting Ethereum to outperform Bitcoin, ETH/BTC full breakout. Also expect altcoins to do very well.

7 days remain until President Trump Inauguration, and SEC Gary Gensler Resignation.

Today Trump team announced - they will form Crypto Council to Shape Digital Future. Plans to appoint around 24 CEOs and founders to a new crypto advisory council.

On December 30, 2024, Crypto exchanges in the European Union (EU) will officially apply the MiCA regulation (Markets in Crypto Assets), requiring stablecoins to comply with strict standards of transparency and financial reserves. This is seen as a major turning point in the management of the crypto market in this region.

However, USDT, the world's largest stablecoin issued by Tether, is now facing the risk of being removed from European exchanges. The reason is that Tether currently does not meet the requirements set by MiCA.

Thoughts: It's most likely FUD that will go away. However, if you hold stable coins probably a good practice to divide between USDT, USDC, and DAI.

1. For the purpose of avoiding tax, Schueler failed to observe a statutory duty pertaining to taxation that is of significance in the assessment of tax. Schueler failed to file business tax returns for the tax multiple years and also failed to complete information on his income on his pre-filled personal tax returns. Schueler received income from his business or income-generating activities that he should have declared to the Tax Administration for the purposes of tax assessment. The total amount of tax avoided is counted in hundreds of millions of euros.

2. Schueler physically assaulted a 16-year-old victim by grabbing their hair, dragging them into the stairwell and knocking them to the ground. While the victim was lying on their back on the floor, Schueler punched them 4 – 5 times in the face, nose, eyes and head area. Schueler caused the victim to suffer pain, broken facial skin, bleeding and swelling in the facial area. In addition, the victim's clothes were covered in blood.

Some Thoughts: If you read between the lines Richard is telling you - "It feels great to be wanted". Some entities are mad, and they can't do anything to stop smart contract code. Judge should have SEC ruling out soon, most likely favorable outcome. Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come. When people in power don't like what you are saying (freedom of speech) or what you've built (code) they will do anything to bring you down or silence you. They have tried this with Elon Musk, Donald Trump, Richard Heart, Tate Brothers, Tornado Cash, CZ Binance, Roger Ver, and many more! To me this seems like coordinated FUD attempt during the holidays. I get this question asked way too many times, so I am writing this guide to help the community. You may also forward this guide to help others.

1) Create a MetaMask private wallet - https://metamask.io/

2) Go an exchange of your choice and purchase Ethereum $ETH

3) Send the ETH from the exchange to your MetaMask wallet

4) Add PulseChain network to MetaMask: https://pulsechain.com/ click 'Add PulseChain to MetaMask'

5) Bridge the Ethereum from Ethereum network to PulseChain Network: https://bridge.pulsechain.com/#/bridge (~30 min)

Note: On Ethereum you use ETH for gas. On PulseChain you use PLS for gas.

6) On MetaMask click 'Import' and click add custom token. Add this contract address:

Why? So when the ETH from Ethereum bridges to PulseChain it can display in your private wallet.

7) Since you bridged to PulseChain you will get a very small amount of PLS for free. Your first transaction should be to purchase some PLS to pay for all future gas fees. Doesn't take much maybe $5-10 is a good amount. Buy PLS here: https://app.pulsex.com/

8) Now that you have some PLS (to pay for gas), and you have your ETH on PulseChain network you can buy/sell whatever you want. My favorite place to purchase is: https://app.piteas.io/ (best prices)

Some Thoughts: I truly believe that HEX on PulseChain may be one of the best performers this cycle. Bottom is in.
