This is a crucial reminder for all our members! The deadline to merge your DDIM and DUCK tokens into the new DuckDAO token (DD) is fast approaching. You have 05 (five) days left to complete the merge.

🔄 How to Merge:
1. Send your DDIM and DUCK tokens to the merger address and fill out the form mentioned in https://duckdao.io/merger.
2. The deadline is May 31st, 2024.

🚨‼️SECURITY WARNING‼️🚨

⚠️ In light of the ongoing security vulnerability with the code associated with a Ledger library, we have temporarily deactivated our potentially affected dApps to safeguard the security of our users.

Our dApps will remain offline for the next 12 hours or until Ledger and the relevant parties address and resolve the security issue.

Once we have confirmed the enhanced security of our dApps, we will promptly restore their availability for our users.

🐥 Your safety remains our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding during this period.

🚨 The Late Merge Distribution is done! 🚨

The "Late-Comer-Merge" tokens have been distributed to all users who participated in the post merge opportunity to get $DD.

While we are happy to live up to the promises we made to the community, unfortunately this distribution will have several negative effects over the token and community.

Namely, short term volatility and some users not having access to their original tier prior to the merge.

There isn't much we can do about the short term volatility, as the weak hands will fall off. We see this as a potentially unique opportunity for everyone to acquire additional DuckDAO tokens at a favorable price point, which may not be available again in the near future. One thing is certain, we will emerge stronger out of this distribution.

However, for users that lost access, we have a special offer they can leverage to regain their access without buying any additional tokens. Similar to Black Friday deals, these users will fill out a form and send us the tokens, and in exchange we will mint a special NFT that will grant them access to the appropriate inner circle. The NFT will be redeemable at any point for the amount of $DD you originally sent us.

Lastly, the new farm will be going live in the next 48 hours, with an alpha frontend that will enable the community to tap into $DD reward pools by providing liquidity for $DD on Uniswap. We will make a separate announcement as soon as the farm goes live.
