Basic Guidelines For Hobbie Section:

1. Prizes, medals, scholarships etc shall not be of School Level.
2. On basis of advice of senior officers taking mocks and DAF discussions, many Interview-24 candidates mentioned Ranks obtained by them in prizes section. For exam in JRF etc.
3. Sports/NCC are also not of School level but here you can always write a sport that you played even remotely. Certificate isnt must for sports.
4. Try to write unique distinct position in School/College. Head boy, prefect, captain, organizer are too cliche and dont drive questions.
5. Dont write kiddish hobbies. Your journey to display "OLQs" i.e. Officer Like Qualities starts here!
6. BE SPECIFIC TO DRIVE QUESTIONS. For example, if you have won essay competition then mention essay topic. If you have volunteered at NGO then write a major contribution/theme.
7. 3 points in each question are more than enough.

1⃣ "To understand the future, look to the past":

The adage "to understand the future, look to the past" resonates deeply with California's wildfire crises. Recent fires, including the devastating Palisades blazes, echo historical patterns where drought, climate change, and human settlement have inflamed landscapes. These events, mirroring past tragedies like the Camp Fire, underscore the need for predictive fire management based on historical data. By learning from these past occurrences, California can better prepare for and mitigate the impacts of future wildfires, ensuring both ecological and human resilience.
