For years this has been a clear and useful tool to trade: firstly you bought $BTC, rotated it to $ETH and other majors and then rotated it into smaller alts, ending with selling everything into dollar
๐คชIn 2024 we got one more party: memecoins! Nobody really knew when memes will pump, will there be another step in the cycle or maybe memes will pump together with other alts?
Now we know the answer and it's quite surprising. Memecoins pump at the first phase together with Bitcoin! You can clearly see a decline on SOL/BTC chart and growth on ETH/BTC chart after $BTC marked a local top. This is the money flow: people sell their memecoins into $SOL and then sell $SOL into majors!

My point is that $13b of volume already injected, now it's time for slow retail to come and buy the top. FDV is already higher than $DOGE FDV, I think it's more than enough for a fresh memecoin!

Basically the price is moving inside a huge range. Now it's time to test lower levels to inspect liquidity there!
$2570 Fibo level looks like the ultimate support (except $2100 of course) and if the price fakes it, that's a great buying opportunity! Although I personally would use this level as an indicator to buy AI related alts and other strong coins. $ETH itself is a dino coin that just doesn't fit the narrative, it almost became an index of alts strength!

First of all, don't treat this post as a bearish one. This is just an actual point of view.
$BTC price made a sharp decline after failed engulfing - that's really bad! Now there are two options: to dive into $80k support to regain strength or to reverse immediately and get back above $98k level.
I think that US government potential selling will decide our path. If it's just FUD, $BTC price may reverse anytime and fly back to 6 digits. If current administration wants to scam us for the one last time, a dump into $80k support may happen!
How to trade this? Simple: wait for $80k support to be faked or for $98k to be regained! In fact, potential long at $80k may bring you generational wealth! Just don't blindly bid, wait for the big flush and then buy $80k on a reclaim!

โ We had USDT Dominance reach major 6 year support on the weekly and bounce, causing Bitcoin and alts to bleed. For those unaware, when USDT Dominance rises, it means people are selling their BTC and alts in exchange for stables, and vice versa when it drops.
โ This behavior is very normal during a bull market and only gives us another opportunity to buy strong fundamental coins we missed.

Now let's zoom in and find the best options for $BTC long. I use local Fibo retracement, we get 0.5 - 0.786 zone of interest.
Basically there are two perfect options imo:
1๏ธโฃ $BTC makes a fakeout of previous ATH, hitting $73k - $74k zone only to retrace back above with haste!
2๏ธโฃ $BTC dives deeper to retest $72k key level. Then it's good to start new wave upwards.
๐ค I think it makes sense to take both: I place buy orders around $73500 level and just a little bit above $72k! The target was stated in my previous post!

IMO this is something worth paying close attention to.
๐ก We can see the same pattern repeating itself over and over again: no matter which direction $BTC Dominance is moving in general (up or down) thereโs a false TD-9 in the middle. The second TD-9 is the true one that usually reverses the trend.

Moreover, $68250 key level was broken and bulls have a chance to use it as a trampoline now. I think that's unlikely, but still nice try!
Another important weekly level is $65600 support. If we get a local correction, I want this one to stay strong!
