📢 Conflux v2.5.0 Network Hardfork Upgrade Announcement

This release introduces a hardfork and critical security fix. All nodes must upgrade before epoch 118580000 (est. Mar 17).

For Node Operators & Miners:
- Upgrade your running node within 2 days by replacing conflux.exe in the run directory and restarting.
- Upgrading after epoch 118580000 requires deleting all data and restarting.
- New nodes can simply download and run the latest version.

Conflux Network Key Parameter Voting Explained 🗳
Get the latest updates on Conflux’s governance system! With new voting adjustments, key network parameters like PoW rewards, interest rates, and fee distribution have been updated. Here’s how it works:

🔵 Based on CIP-94: Uses the ParamsControl contract for on-chain DAO voting without requiring a hardfork.
🔹Voting Rights: Users stake and lock CFX to vote on three options: keep the parameter unchanged, increase it by 100%, or decrease it by 50%.
🔹Voting Rounds: Each round lasts 60 days, and changes take effect in the following round.
🔹Adjustment Formula: New = Old × 2^((n_increase - n_decrease) / (total votes))

🔵Round 14 Results:
🔹PoW Block Rewards: 1.00 → 1.60 CFX/block
🔹Interest Rate: 4.08% → 6.50%
🔹Storage Point Ratio: 50% → 63%
🔹Base Fee Sharing Ratio: 50% → 63%
