If this trend continue then we can expect 10-20% move in this chart.

Overall on higher time frame it's looking too bullish, but we need to have proper target stop loss in mind to make sure we don't get carried away in bull market.

2. EBITDA margins inching up. Currently in the band of 32-34%. Expecting to grow to 40%
3. Aims to double the no. of centre from 49 to 100 in next 3 years.
4. Focuses majorly in West Bengal region
5. Debt Free - Company doesn't need fresh funds to grow at 20% CAGR. It generates sufficient cash flow.
6. Expecting 20-22% CAGR Growth to be sustainable.

Listing gain - Considering GMP & IPO demand - flat to small listing is expected.

Basic Details :

Date : 06th Nov to 08th Nov 2024
Price band : Rs. 371 - Rs. 390 per share
Total issue size - Rs. 11k cr (Fresh issue 4.5k cr, OFS 6.8k cr)
Minimum lot size - 38 shares
Minimum amount per Lot - Rs. 14,820

Swiggy vs Zomato 👉 Check Image attached.

Both in food delivery & quick commerce - Zomato is leading far above in all metrics.

Zomato path to profitability is proven, but it's not clear for Swiggy and will take time.

⚡️Valuations : At IPO price, market cap will be at Rs. 87k Cr. Valuation at 55-60% discount to Swiggy.

IPO is valued at Price to Sales of 7.8x vs ~13.8x of Zomato.

Final View

Valuation of ~60% below Zomato is certainly an opportunity only if Execution & numbers starts to improve.

Hence, quarterly guidance & numbers tracking becomes very important. So we need to wait patiently for 4-6 qtrs at least for path to profitability.

Last year - $115 Billion

PCBA requirement = 3.5-4% of total consumption.

So today's TAM = $4 Billion =. Rs. 32-33k crores approx.

Domestic Manufacturing = Only ~15% = ~Rs. 5000 cr

FY30 Expectation - Total Consumption

As per various report = $300 Billions
As per PM Speech = $500 Billions. Link

So PCBA TAM (Assuming $300 Billion)= $10-11 Billion = Rs. 83-90k Crores

Assuming 50% continues to be Import.
Domestic Opportunity = 40-50k Crores approx.

What are we doing in this Market Fall?

We are continuing as usual—tracking & reading. With results and concall season going on, it's keeping us busy.

Did we see a portfolio drawdown?

Ans: Absolutely, Yes. But our allocation in Gold & Silver helped absorb some of the impact.

Are we in panic?

Ans: Absolutely, No. Panic/Fear usually happens due to poor risk management. We get many DMs about random trades, and when the market falls, people panic. We stay calm because we follow a solid approach.

Our approach for the Premium Group?

Ans: Market corrections happen, but we stick to our targets and stop-losses. Some trades corrected, but we use partial profit booking to manage risk effectively.

Biggest IPO - Hyundai is Listing Today

Not expecting any big bang listing. Neither Expecting anything much in near term. Auto numbers doesn't look great either.

Due to IPO volatility - 10-12% upside is always a possibility but we will review this company on a QoQ basis like any other company.

Hyundai is 2nd largest player in India with decent market share. If improves further on margins & market share - long term Outlook will be positive.
