नए ग्रीष्मकालीन सत्र 2024 (Summer Batch) में नामांकन के लिए आवेदन करने वाले सभी छात्र - छात्राओं को सूचित किया जाता है, कि नामांकन के लिए प्रवेश परीक्षा ( Entrance Test) का आयोजन आज दिनांक 23 अक्टूबर,2024 को दिन के 11 बजे से प्राक परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में लिया जाएगा। जिन छात्र छात्राओं के पास आवेदन का रशीद नहीं है,वो केवल अपन एक पहचान पत्र साथ लेकर आएंगे। अबतक अगर किसी छात्र या छात्रा ने आवेदन जमा नहीं किया है,वो आज अपना आवेदन जमा कर सकते हैं। साथ हीं अबतक किसी ने अप्लाई नहीं किया है, तो उनका आज ऑन स्पॉट रजिस्ट्रेशन हो जाएगा और वो भी Exam दे सकते हैं।

Applicants will be selected on the basis of Merit List followed by Multiple-Choice (MCQ) Written Test and Interview of the concerned subject.

परीक्षा का पाठ्यक्रम संबंधित कोर्स के अंतर्गत होने वाली प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम के जैसी ही होगी।

The syllabus of the examination will be same as the prescribed syllabus of the competitive examination to be held under the respective course.

मेधासूची के आधार पर चयनित छात्र-छात्राओं को विभाग एवं प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र के निर्धारित नियमों के अनुपालन की स्वीकृति हेतु एक शपथ-पत्र (Affidavit) देनी होगी, जिसका प्रारूप संबंधित केन्द्र द्वारा ससमय उपलब्ध करा दिया जायेगा।

On the basis of merit list, the selected students will have to give an affidavit for acceptance of compliance with the prescribed rules of the department and training centre, the format of which will be made available by the concerned centre from time to time.

छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए पात्रता....

(1) छात्र/छात्रा बिहार राज्य के स्थायी निवासी होने चाहिए।
(2) पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के सदस्य होने चाहिए।
(3) छात्र/छात्रा की आयु सीमा और न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता संबंधित कोर्स के अंतर्गत होने वाली प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के लिए निर्धारित न्यूनतम अर्हता के अनुरूप होनी चाहिए।
(3) छात्र/छात्रा या उनके अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय सभी स्रोतों से 3,00,000.00 (एक लाख) से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

Eligibility for the Students....

(1) The student should be a permanent resident of Bihar State.
(2) Must be a member of Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes.
(3) The age limit and minimum educational qualification of the student should be as per the minimum qualification prescribed for the competitive examination to be held under the respective course.
(3) The annual income of the student or his/her guardian should not exceed 3,00,000.00 (One Lakh) from all sources.

आवेदन कब और कैसे करें?

आवेदन करने के लिए छात्र/छात्रा प्राक् परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र, M.S. College, Motihari के कार्यालय से आवेदन फॉर्म लेकर उसे पूर्ण रूप से भर कर जरूरी कागजात के साथ कार्यालय में जमा करा दें।

When and How to apply?

To apply for this scheme, the student of Pre-Examination training centre, M.S. College, Take the application form from the office of College, Motihari, fill it completely and submit it to the office along with the necessary documents.

आवेदन के साथ जरूरी कागजात की सूची...
(1) मैट्रिक परीक्षा का मूल प्रमाण पत्र
(2) संबंधित कोर्स के लिए न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक प्रमाणपत्र
(यूपीएससी और बीपीएससी के लिए ग्रेजुएशन और अन्य के लिए इंटर पास होना अनिवार्य)
(3) जाति प्रमाण पत्र (1 वर्ष से पुराना नहीं)
(4) आय प्रमाण पत्र (1 वर्ष से पुराना नहीं)
(5) आधार कार्ड
(6) तीन पासपोर्ट साइज रंगीन फोटो

List of documents required with the application...
(1) Original Certificate of Matriculation Examination
(2) Minimum educational certificate for the concerned course
(Graduation for UPSC and BPSC and Inter pass for others mandatory)
(3) Caste Certificate (not older than 1 year)
(4) Income Certificate (not older than 1 year)
(5) Aadhar Card
(6) Three passport size color photographs

उपर्युक्त सभी कागजात की छाया प्रति को स्व अभिप्रमाणित (Self Attested) कर आवेदन के साथ कार्यालय में जमा कराना होगा।

Self-attested photocopies of all the above documents will have to be submitted to the office along with the application.

प्राक् परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के कार्यालय से लिया गया आवेदन फॉर्म हीं मान्य होगा। इसके अलावा कहीं भी ये आवेदन फॉर्म नहीं मिलेगा।

Only the application form taken from the office of the Pre-Exam Training Centre will be valid. Apart from this, this application form will not be found anywhere.

क्या है ये योजना ?

बिहार सरकार के बिहार राज्य पिछड़ा वर्ग वित्त एवं विकास निगम द्वारा राज्य के पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC) एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग (EBC) के छात्र/ छात्राओं के लिए यु.पी.एस.सी./बी.पी.एस.सी, रेलवे, बैकिंग, एस.एस.सी., पुलिस एवं अन्य प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में चयनित होने के लिए निःशुल्क तैयारी करवायी जाती है।

What is this plan?

Free preparation is done for the students of the Backward Classes (BC) and Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) of the state by the Bihar State Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation of the Government of Bihar to get selected in U.P.S.C., B.P.S.C., Railway, Banking, SSC Police and other competitive examinations.

क्यों है जरूरी ?

यह योजना उन छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए बहुत ही जरूरी और लाभदायक है, जो पैसे के आभाव में प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं की तैयारी नहीं कर पाते हैं, क्योंकि बिहार सरकार की इस योजना के तहत आपको विभिन्न प्रतियोगिता परीक्षाओं की तैयारी पूर्णतः निःशुल्क करवाई जाती है ।

Why is it necessary?

This scheme is very important and beneficial for those students, who are unable to prepare for competitive examinations due to lack of money, because under this scheme of Bihar government, you are prepared completely free of cost for various competitive examinations.

नामांकन कैसे ले ?

प्राक् परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र में नामांकन के लिए कुछ नियम एवं शर्तें है। साथ ही छात्र/छात्राओं के लिए कुछ पात्रता भी रखी गई है जो कुछ इस प्रकार हैः-

How to enroll?

There are some terms and conditions for enrollment in the Pre-Exam Training Centre. Along with this, some eligibility has also been kept for the students, which are as follows:-

नियम एवं शर्तें...

प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र पर 60-60 (कुल 120) छात्र/छात्राओं के दो बैच (प्रशिक्षण अवधि 06 माह) संचालित कराई जाएगी।

Terms & Conditions...

Two batches (training period 06 months) of 60-60 (total 120) students will be conducted at the training centre.


केन्द्र में प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के लिए कुल उपलब्ध सीटों में से 40 प्रतिशत अर्थात् 24 सीट पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं 60 प्रतिशत अर्थात् 36 सीट अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए अनुमान्य होगा।

Out of the total available seats for training programme in the centre, 40 percent i.e. 24 seats will be admissible for Backward Classes and 60 percent i.e. 36 seats for Extremely Backward Class students.

अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं की कमी होने पर पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं का नामांकन उस सीट पर किया जाएगा। ठीक उसी प्रकार पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं की कमी होने पर अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्र-छात्राओं का नामांकन उस सीट पर किया जाएगा।

In case of shortage of students belonging to the Extremely Backward Classes, the students of the Backward Classes will be enrolled on that seat. Similarly, if there is a shortage of students from Backward Classes, the students of Extremely Backward Classes will be enrolled on that seat.

आवेदकों का चयन संबंधित विषय के बहु-वैकल्पीय (MCQ) लिखित परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार (Interview) के बाद मेधासूची (Merit List) के आधार पर किया जायेगा।

नए ग्रीष्मकालीन सत्र 2024 (Summer Batch) में नामांकन के लिए आवेदन करने वाले सभी छात्र - छात्राओं को सूचित किया जाता है, कि नामांकन के लिए प्रवेश परीक्षा ( Entrance Test) का आयोजन आज दिनांक 23 अक्टूबर,2024 को दिन के 11 बजे से प्राक परीक्षा प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में लिया जाएगा। परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के लिए आवेदन की प्राप्ति रशीद (Receipt)और अपना कोई एक फोटोयुक्त पहचानपत्र (ID) साथ लेकर आना है। प्रवेश परीक्षा के बाद सभी छात्र-छात्राओं का मौखिक परीक्षा (Interview) लिया जाएगा। लिखित प्रवेश परीक्षा और मौखिक परीक्षा के नंबर के आधार पर UPSC/BPSC बैच (Batch-1) के लिए 60 छात्र-छात्राओं का एवम् SSC,BANK,RAILWAY & POLICE बैच (Batch-2) के लिए भी 60 छात्र-छात्राओं का चयन किया जाएगा। चयनित छात्र-छात्राओं को 6 महीने निः शुल्क पढ़ाया जाएगा साथ हीं 3000 रुपए की प्रोत्साहन राशि और स्टडी मेटीरियल का कीट भी फ्री में दिया जाएगा।
