Dear Students,

This is to notify you that an orientation session regarding the university’s rules & regulations, and key academic policies will take place tomorrow at the specified time above. Attendance is mandatory, as the session will cover essential information for your academic journey.

Venue Assignments:
1. Main Hall-1 (Behind CB-7): Management and Accounting Finance Students
2. Main Hall-3 (Behind CB-6): Computer Science Students

Kindly arrive promptly at your designated venue. Failure to attend may affect your understanding of university protocols.

CEP office, in coordination with your subject instructor, has reviewed attendance records and identified that the students listed below have missed more than three classes. You are required to report to the CEP office (CB8) with documentation explaining your absences up to Monday, 09/02/2017 E.C.

Please note thst: If you do not report with a valid reason, you may be prohibited(not allowed) to taking the final exam and from continuing in the class.

Notice all Extension Students,

This is to inform you that starting tomorrow, the entry deadline for the evening program at Jigjiga University campus will be 11:30 PM (local time). After this time, no one will be allowed to enter the campus. Additionally, besides the instructors taking attendance, the Continuing Education Program (CEP) office will also begin take students' daily class attendance. Please take this seriously: any student who attends less than 80% of the classes will not be allowed to sit for the final exam.
