Certain things to keep in mind
Warm-up (10-15 minutes)
Start each session with a proper warm-up. This reduces the risk of injury and prepares your body for intense physical exertion.

100 meters race:
Work on explosive sprinting. Practice short sprints (20-40 meters) and work on improving your reaction time at the start. Focus on maintaining a steady stride throughout the race.
Drill: Perform 5-6 short sprints, gradually increasing intensity.

Long Jump:
Practice your approach, take-off, and landing technique. The key is to improve your coordination between speed and jump height.
Drill: Do 3-4 sets of long jumps, gradually increasing your distance.

Cool-down (10-15 minutes)
End your session with a cool-down to prevent stiffness and promote muscle recovery.
Light jogging followed by static stretches.

Rest
With the dates approaching, you need to manage both practice and rest well.
Rest is as important as training, so make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep each night to allow muscle recovery and prevent overtraining.

Mindset and Motivation
👉Stay Positive: Preparing for a physical test in a short time can be stressful, but keeping a positive mindset and believing in your ability to improve will help you perform better.
👉Visualization: Visualize yourself performing each event successfully. This technique can help boost confidence and reduce nervousness.

💡Diet and Hydration
Diet: Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Proteins are crucial for muscle recovery, while carbs will fuel your endurance during training. Include lean meats, eggs, dairy, nuts for protein.
Whole grains, fruits, and vegetables should make up your carb and fiber intake.
👉Hydration: Staying hydrated is essential for maintaining performance and preventing cramps. Drink at least 3-4 liters of water a day.
Avoiding Injury
Since the dates are closing in, you don’t want to risk injury now. Here’s what you can do to avoid it:
👉Warm up and cool down properly.
👉Listen to your body: If you feel pain, stop and rest. Push yourself, but don’t ignore injury signals.
👉Do not overtrain: Training 2-3 times a day can be tempting when you're close to the exam, but it can increase the risk of injury and burn-out. Stick to your routine, but rest when needed.

😊We wish you all the Best ❤️🤟

We already shared information on PET dates, which will begin in November. Now that the dates are closed, be motivated for your activities but avoid doing things under pressure or excitement. Be cautious in your preparation and avoid injuries; these physical or medical tests are not very difficult. Also, cut your weight as much as possible to meet the criterion.
