Thinking Too Much
The biggest disease of the mind is over-thinking, especially too much thinking about others: What they did, what they should do, what they should have done, what they said, what you wished they had said, why they spoke at all. All of these rob the mind of its inherent serenity.
Thinking too much is like eating too much. The heaviness makes it impossible to remain light and flexible. We get stuck on little things and gradually the little things become huge things which we cannot shake off. Often when we think too much we fantasies & overreact. Thus we create negative feelings.
To ease the burden of over-thinking, try grounding yourself in the present moment through meditation/mindfulness. A simple practice of pausing, taking a deep breath, and observing your surroundings can help break the cycle of excessive thoughts. Remember, the key to mental serenity lies in steering your attention away from the whirlpool of ‘what ifs’ and focusing on the ‘what is.’

These new timelines are similar to an airplane runway that is designed to help bridge the current reality of the earth (that is the result of the accumulated energies of the past destructive histories with NAA),
to connect with the higher reality potentials of the divine human on the future earth.

IT'S UP TO YOU - IT'S ALWAYS UP TO YOU
You can deny, repress, distort, and bury your unresolved wounds all you want. You can re-frame them, pseudo-positivity them, detach from them, spiritual bypass them.
You can re-name yourself, hide away in a monastery, turn your story around. And you can spend all your money on superficial healing practices and hocus pocus practitioners.
But it won’t mean a damn thing, if you don’t do the deeper work to excavate and heal your primary wounds. Because the material is still there, right where you left it, ruling your life and controlling your choices.
This is the nature of unhealed material- it is alive, and one way or the other, it will manifest itself in your lived experience.
It will language your inner narrative. It will obstruct your path and limit your possibilities. It lives everywhere that you live.And so you have to decide ~ excavate it and bring it into consciousness where it can be worked through and integrated, or repress it and watch it rule your life.

Don't give your mind permission to get disturbed. A disturbed mind is easily influenced. This will cost you your peace. Learn to maintain your peace by freeing yourself from attachments. Competing or comparing yourself with others will not allow you to focus inwards. An inner focus allows you to keep your eye on your higher self. Remember your original nature. Then it becomes easy to recognise useless thoughts and replace them with a spiritual perspective. A calm mind is not just peaceful, it is focused, self-directing and Divine.

THE MYSTERY OF HEALING
We can easily come to see healing as a far-off destination, even something unattainable. We can certainly exhaust ourselves trying to heal. But what I’ve discovered is this: Healing often happens when we’re not even trying to heal. It happens when we least expect it to happen.When the conditions are just right, when there is just enough love, attention, presence, slowness, trust…
Here is the great paradox:
Healing can happen in spite of your best efforts.
It can happen when you aren’t trying to awaken. When you aren't trying to "feel better". When you aren’t "trying" at all!
It often happens when you open your arms wide to the Now, fall to the ground, and let yourself feel—the rage, the grief, the loneliness.
When you let yourself break. When you let yourself feel worse if you need to. Speak your raw truth if you need to. Upset some people if you need to. Bring others closer.
Don’t force yourself to heal!
Sometimes you just have to let go of the result, the agenda, the goal, and infuse your 'unhealed' experience with love.Drench your pain, your sorrow, your longing with warm awareness. Saturate the moment with yourself.
You have to create the conditions for healing, but you cannot “do” healing. The ego—with its need for control and domination—may rebel at this news, but your heart may rejoice.

Being spiritual is often equated with a perpetual state of positivity, but this is a misconception.
True spirituality transcends mere positivity; it is about becoming conscious and aware. To become conscious is to embark on a journey of profound self-awareness and authenticity. Authenticity, in its truest form, encompasses both the positive and the negative aspects of our existence.
When we strive for consciousness, we open ourselves to the full spectrum of our human experience. This means embracing our joys and triumphs, but also confronting our fears, failures, and shadows.

All rivers flow to the sea because it is lower than they are. Humility gives it its power. If you want to govern the people, you must place yourself below them. If you want to lead the people, you must learn how to follow them. The Master is above the people, and no one feels oppressed. She goes ahead of the people, and no one feels manipulated. The whole world is grateful to her. Because she competes with no one, no one can compete with her. This passage is expressing how things tend to come back to their source. To lead through giving and humility.In order to teach or lead, if we can remember to humble ourselves and even at times be below the subject, we can guide more through question and observation than through direct guidance or force. To implant the ideas and show the way, not to push the agenda in your mind.
When the welfare of others is truly at the heart you will listen and learn just as much as you will lead. This is a major issue today. Most in leadership are always looking for the bottom line. Why? It “keeps the company going and growing” but in the end you look at their pay check and its only growing exponentially larger while your hard work that gives them that is hardly even appreciated the same as that final number.
We can also attribute this to parenting. When the true welfare and wisdom is focus of our hearts for our children, we put in the energy and compassion thats needed to fuel a growing and open book thats ready to be filled with all life still has yet to give them.
A true master may be looked up on, but when he puts himself below his followers he can raise them up to accomplish even greater things. Just as you put a child on your shoulders to get something high, the same if you truly use your knowledge to support and lead from below.So even though you may be “a leader” and above, you will not be looked at with disdain. When others are at the core of action they will in kind follow in respect and gratitude. Just as the world leads with its seasons and provides all we need, it does not force action of return. Because in the end our energy will return from which it came.
May you lead without force, may you find humility to teach from below. May all your work come back to you when needed.

HH-Daily Essentials For Health & Connection You May Want To Try
Our daily habits drastically shape our lives and profoundly impact our quality of life. Self-love, self-care, and mindful intake are needed for us all to thrive, giving and receiving in balance with life around us. We do this in balance by nurturing ourselves first. Our habits matter for our health and also create a ripple effect of inspiration and positivity for our children and those around us.
1. Before getting out of bed, thoughts of gratitude & conscious intentions are set for the day.
2. A few minutes of hands-on heart, conscious breathing becoming present in the body.
3. Hugs, snuggles & moments of deep connection with partner, family & loved ones and/or pets
4. Am sunlight or vit D lamp if in northern hemisphere certain times of year
5. Drinking Water with salt & electrolytes, if possible, before anything else is consumed.
6. 5 Mins Of ‘The Big 6’ Lymphatic opening on body.
7. 10-15 mins Movement exercises of your desire —movement is life.
8. Walking — 2 times daily, try for 8000 steps daily (If not able, work up low & slow with a goal of 5000 min or focus on further safe movements for disabilities or injury)
9. Spend time in nature—in your yard or near a park, gardening, with your children or animals, and with some plants/trees.
10. Quiet time — intuitive check-in, presence connecting with self/god/source/creator
11. Family & Friend Contact/Connection making play & relationships a loving priority.
12. Spend time away from devices, offline, without a phone or computer, not answering to anything but the moment as much as possible.

New Zealand's Pet Cloud Has Returned To Its Favourite Spot In Otago's Mountains
Taieri Pet was first documented nearly 130 years ago – and it was back again last month.
Known locally as the “Taieri Pet,” the whale-shaped cloud has continually formed over this part of Otago’s mountains on the South Island.
The Macraes gold mine is to the top right of the cloud and Middlemarch is below it. These gold mines are New Zealand's largest active gold producing mines.

Master yourself
Take back what is yours.
You have a choice to decide what you give your mental and emotional energy to. You decide to tune in and allow it to live within you when you can just be an observer of the situations that test your patience. You might be working on yourself and evolving past the dramas that once pulled you in. There’s certain situations that return to test your evolution, but it’s not about anyone else. It’s about how much you have worked on yourself and how much it no longer affects you. When we’re learning to master our inner self, we can see clearly what triggers us, and those situations are the ones that require us to grow. So be thankful when things come up because you now know how to work through it instead of overreacting and overthinking it. Mastering yourself is an everyday experience that helps you get better at being the best you. You’ll realize you no longer have the energy to play along or react so easily.You find yourself investing your time in what adds value into your life. Your focus becomes about living a more enriched life because anything else is draining your precious life force.
Ask yourself, is it even worth giving my precious life force to something that happened in the past? To someone who doesn’t deserve it? To a situation you outgrew? Remember, your attention and your focus is your power.
The scenarios you overthink and constantly replay aren’t evolving you. Stop the self-judgment and just forgive yourself. Decide now that you’re going to better manage your energy.
You’re going to think, feel, and do what evolves you. You’re going to make peace with what has happened and what you can’t change. Starting today you’re going to take your power back by consciously deciding what you feed your energy.
Don’t allow anyone to thrive off of you feeling low or down about yourself. You have the power to manage your mental and inner world, which will reflect how you handle everyday life. Be very patient with yourself. You’re evolving and learning. Things will get clearer for you.
