Q.कौन लाभ उठा सकते हैं?
--2022, 2023 और 2024 में मैट्रिक एवं इंटर उत्तीर्ण छात्र/छात्राओं जो पहले इन योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर पाए थे।
